At Giftaboo, your satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us, and we will do our best to work with you to rectify any problems with your order.
Damaged or defective items
Please retain all original packaging and notify us within 48 hours by emailing returns@giftaboo.com and describing the problem. If the damage to the item is apparent at the time of delivery, and the customer is required to sign for the package, please note the damage on the shipping company’s invoice before signing for delivery. This will assist us in making a claim with the shipping company. Afterwards, please contact us about the return and notify us if damage was documented with the shipping company. Customer return requests will be reviewed and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) will be issued. No returns will be processed unless accompanied by an RMA. All returns received without an RMA will be returned at the customer’s expense. Customers will be contacted with return instructions, and we will arrange to have the item(s) picked up from the delivery address. Once we receive confirmation that the item has been picked up, we will immediately ship a replacement item or issue you a full refund, including shipping, to the credit card originally used for the purchase.
For returns of Baby Bella Art or Renditions by Reesa artwork, a photograph of the damaged item must also be emailed with your description to returns@giftaboo.com.
Personalized or custom items
First, please note that items that have been personalized or custom-made are NON-RETURNABLE unless:
- the item was damaged during delivery
- the item has a manufacturer’s defect
- or there was a mistake on our part when personalizing the order. Please ensure that personalization and custom requests are correct before submitting orders.
Please follow return instructions for damaged and defective items as described above.
All other returns
If you or your gift recipient are not satisfied with the purchase, and the item has not been personalized, custom-made nor is it damaged or defective, the item(s) may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Item must still be in its original packaging and not have been worn, washed or modified in any way. Please notify us by emailing returns@giftaboo.com and explaining the reason for the return. Customer return requests will be reviewed, and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) issued if approved. No returns will be processed without an RMA. All returns received without an RMA will be returned at the customer’s expense. All items must be returned in its original condition with all packaging intact and must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of receipt in order to receive a refund, minus any shipping and handling charges. Any returns postmarked after 30 days will be issued store credit for the product price only. Any returns postmarked more than 45 days from receipt will not receive a refund and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Any item returned with the original packaging removed or damaged will incur a 15% restocking fee to be paid by the customer.
Any item returned to Giftaboo due to refusal of delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any shipping fees will be paid by the customer.
